What ingredients do you use?

We use real fruit, sugar, and natural pectin — never artificial colors or preservatives. Each product page lists its full ingredient list exactly as it appears on the jar label.

Do your products contain allergens?

All ingredients are listed clearly on our labels. While we don’t use nuts or dairy, some items may contain spices or traces of mustard. If you have any allergies, please check the ingredients before purchasing or contact us directly.

How should I store my jams and pickled goods?

All CAN’D IT! products are shelf-stable until opened. Once opened, refrigerate and enjoy within 6–8 weeks for the best quality and flavor.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns once they’ve left our facility. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Canada. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and packaged carefully to ensure safe delivery.

Are your products gluten-free or vegan?

Most of our jams and jellies are naturally gluten-free and vegan, containing only fruit, sugar, and pectin. Our pickled items may include spices or vinegars — please check each product page for specific details.

Can I place a bulk or custom order?
